These terms govern your use of gasnowinc.com, operated by GasNow Inc. ("GasNow"), 28 35th St, Des Moines, Iowa 50312. By using the site you agree to them. If you use the site for a company, you're agreeing to these terms for that company. You must be 18 or older to use the site.
2. Fueling services are covered by separate agreements
The website describes GasNow's on-site commercial diesel fueling [CONFIRM: diesel only, or diesel and gasoline]. Fueling at a site, pricing, billing and EDI integrations are governed by a separate written agreement between GasNow and the customer or host facility. Ordering and billing will be handled through the GasNow app or as set out in the customer agreement. Nothing on this site is an offer, quote or price guarantee. 3. Pilot requests and inquiries
Submitting the pilot form does not create a contract or commit either party to a pilot. GasNow decides whether and where to offer service.
4. Des Moines Gas Tracker and fuel outlook

Any outlook or estimate of tomorrow's price is an estimate, not a quote or price guarantee, and must not be relied on for purchasing or financial decisions. 5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break security, scrape at scale, submit false information, make automated or bulk form submissions, or interfere with the site's operation.
6. Intellectual property

8. Disclaimers

9. Limitation of liability

12. Indemnity

14. Severability
If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
15. No waiver
