GASNOW FAQ

Commercial fueling, clearly explained.

Answers for fleets, facilities and commercial partners evaluating GasNow.

SERVICE

What is GasNow?

GasNow provides on-site commercial diesel fueling at warehouses and distribution centers. A GasNow fueling truck is stationed at the site and fuels visiting trucks while they load and unload, so drivers skip the truck-stop detour.

Who is GasNow designed for?

Warehouse and distribution-center operators who host a fueling site, and fleet and trucking managers whose drivers fuel there.

Where does GasNow currently operate?

Des Moines, Iowa.

Is GasNow a roadside emergency fuel service?

GasNow’s primary direction is commercial fueling for fleets and logistics facilities rather than traditional consumer roadside fuel delivery.

OPERATIONS

How does GasNow work?

A GasNow truck is stationed at the facility. Visiting trucks fuel during load and unload. Fleets order and are billed in the GasNow app; warehouses connect through EDI.

Do you fuel vehicles while they are parked?

The commercial model is designed around fueling vehicles at approved customer locations while those vehicles are already parked, staged or otherwise available for fueling.

Do our drivers need to be there?

Not always. Drivers don't have to stay with the truck. Sometimes a driver steps away while the truck is being loaded or unloaded, and GasNow fuels it on site during that window.

How quickly can GasNow arrive after an order?

Fulfillment time depends on the operating agreement, location, scheduling, fuel requirements and driver availability.

Can GasNow support multiple locations?

The platform is being designed around multi-site commercial operations. Actual service availability depends on geography and operating capacity.

PRICING

What fuel types are available?

Diesel.

How much does GasNow cost?

Pricing is set in a written agreement with each customer. Request a pilot and we'll walk you through it.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimum delivery quantities and service requirements may vary by commercial arrangement.

Can I pay by card on the website?

No. Ordering and billing happen in the GasNow app. The website only takes pilot requests.

FACILITIES

Can GasNow service multiple vehicles at one facility?

The commercial model is designed with multi-vehicle fleet and facility operations in mind. The exact operating plan depends on facility layout, vehicle schedule and fuel demand.

Can a warehouse request fueling for visiting trucks?

GasNow is developing facility-based fueling models intended for commercial locations such as warehouses and distribution centers. Specific vehicle eligibility and ordering procedures are determined during site setup.

Can GasNow operate at my warehouse or distribution center?

Potential sites are evaluated based on location, access, fueling areas, vehicle volume, fuel demand and operating requirements.

TECHNOLOGY

How are fuel deliveries recorded?

GasNow’s platform is being designed to maintain digital order and delivery information such as facility, vehicle, fuel type, gallons delivered, order status and completion time.

Does GasNow support EDI or API integrations?

GasNow supports EDI integration for warehouses and distribution centers.

Can GasNow integrate with a WMS, TMS or ERP?

GasNow’s planned integration architecture is designed around connecting commercial logistics systems through APIs or EDI where practical.

How does GasNow approach safety?

GasNow treats safe fuel handling, appropriate equipment, operating procedures and site-specific requirements as core parts of commercial fueling.
