1. Who we are
This policy explains how GasNow Inc. ("GasNow", "we", "us") handles information collected through gasnowinc.com. GasNow is based in Des Moines, Iowa. Legal entity: GasNow Inc. Mailing address: 28 35th St, Des Moines, Iowa 50312.
2. Information you give us
When you use the "Request a pilot at your facility" form, we collect: first and last name, company name, work email, phone number (optional), whether you are a warehouse/DC operator, fleet or trucking manager, or other, facility city or ZIP, and your message. We use it to reply to your inquiry and discuss a possible pilot. If you email us, we receive your email address and what you send.
3. GasNow app
The GasNow app is in development. Before it launches, we'll update this policy to cover information collected in the app.
4. Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted on Bubble and uses cookies and similar technology that the site needs to work (for example, session cookies). Pages load web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which receives your IP address and browser details when the fonts load. The site includes a consent banner ("Accept analytics") and a Google Tag Manager loader that runs only after you accept; as of October 21, 2026 no Google Tag Manager container or Google Analytics property is configured, so no analytics tags load. If we turn analytics on, we will update this section first. We store your analytics choice in your browser's local storage. Server logs kept by our hosting provider may record your IP address, browser type and pages visited. They are kept for as long as our hosting provider retains them, typically [CONFIRM: number of] days.
5. How we use information
To respond to inquiries, evaluate and set up fueling sites, provide and bill for services, send service and account messages, meet legal, tax, safety and recordkeeping obligations, keep the site secure, and improve the site. We send marketing email only if you opt in, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We don't send text messages unless you separately agree to receive them. 6. How we share information
